Everyone’s needs are a little different, so we made our dosing as easy as possible for our customers. We typically recommend starting with the LEAST amount of gummies or capsules as you can ALWAYS take more if you need more.

For Relaxation: Most people find that 1-2 Gummies or capsules can have a nice calming and relaxing effect without causing too much drowsiness. Works great for the daytime or late evening when you want to relax without nodding off.

For Sleep: This one is a little more difficult to gauge but many people have positively reported that taking 3-4 gummies about an hour before you'd like to sleep really benefits their sleep and helps them to relax and sleep through the night without any grogginess.

Although our formula utilizes a microdose blend that typically will not interact with most medications, we believe it is ALWAYS important to talk with your doctor or a trusted healthcare professional before adding our Bliss Blend into your routine if you have ANY concerns or health issues.

• Our Bliss Berry gummies & Bliss Capsules have roughly a 2 year shelf life from the time they are produced. They won’t “go bad” per say or become unsafe to consume but typically after two years they may start to get hard, lose their potency or lose their coloring. Keeping the gummies & capsules in a cool, dry place is a great way to help ensure their longevity. 
• We highly recommend not leaving the gummies in a hot place for an extended period of time as they can melt and experience negative color / flavor changes if left in the heat for too long. They will still be safe to eat but may not look as pretty or taste as good.

Shipping Methods
Our orders can come via USPS, UPS, Amazon, & a few other carriers depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Specific Carriers
If you know that your address is only serviced by certain carriers, please alert us BEFORE creating an order so that we can make sure that your order will be shipped out through the correct carrier. We utilize a 3rd party warehouse partner who automatically determines the shipping carrier based on location & shipping method selected and are unable to change after an order has been placed.

Processing Times
Orders typically take 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process.

Please note that orders stop processing around 4PM PST to ensure that we can get to the post office in a timely manner.

Once an order is placed, you can expect to receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order and that it has begun processing. When the order has shipped you will receive any available tracking information.

Potential Processing Delays: During holidays or other extenuating circumstances such as the current Covid19 pandemic, our processing times may increase by an additional 2-3 business days but we will try our best to get to orders as quickly as we can.

Potential Shipping Delays: Although we do our very best to get your orders out as quickly as possible, once your order has left our facility we are entirely at the mercy of the shipping courier to get your package to you on time. During holidays or other extenuating circumstances such as national emergencies, storms, etc, shipping times can increase by an additional 2-5 business days without notice. This is out of our control. But if it seems that your order is far beyond the expected time frame and you are continuing to have issues, please contact us and we will do our very best to find a solution!

Mobile: After adding your desired products to your shopping cart, begin the checkout process. Before you enter in your contact information, be sure to click the “Show order summary” drop down menu near the top of the screen. This will show you the products you are purchasing as well as the spot for you to enter your code. Once you have entered your code, click the arrow and it should show your new discounted price.
