How do I apply a coupon or promo code?

Mobile: After adding your desired products to your shopping cart, begin the checkout process. Before you enter in your contact information, be sure to click the “Show order summary” drop down menu near the top of the screen. This will show you the products you are purchasing as well as the spot for you to enter your code. Once you have entered your code, click the arrow and it should show your new discounted price.

How will my order be shipped?

Shipping Methods
We ship all of our orders via USPS If you select free shipping, this will typically be sent out as a First-Class Mail package via USPS.

USPS
All of our shipments are shipped out First-Class Mail unless the Priority Shipping option is selected during the checkout process. The shipping times for First Class Mail can vary depending on the distance away from our HQ in Los Angeles. We have seen times ranging from 1 day all the way to 12 days. Priority Mail packages are typically delivered within 1-5 days.

Processing Times
Orders typically take 1 business day (Mon-Fri) to process.

Please note that orders stop processing around 4PM PST to ensure that we can get to the post office in a timely manner.

Once an order is placed, you can expect to receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order and that it has begun processing. When the order has shipped you will receive any available tracking information.

Potential Processing Delays: During holidays or other extenuating circumstances such as the current Covid19 pandemic, our processing times may increase up to 2-3 business days but we will try our best to get to orders as quickly as we can.

Potential Shipping Delays: Although we do our very best to get your orders out as quickly as possible, once your order has left our facility we are entirely at the mercy of the shipping courier to get your package to you on time. During holidays or other extenuating circumstances such as the current Covid19 pandemic, shipping times can increase by an additional 2-5 business days without notice. This is out of our control. But if it seems that your order is far beyond the expected time frame and you are continuing to have issues, please contact us and we will do our very best to find a solution!

What is your return policy?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately via email at teamvitadreamz@gmail.com with a picture of the defective/damaged product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or a replacement.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase or have other concerns, please reach out to us! We work with all of our customers on a case-by-case basis, so if you’re unhappy with something that we can fix, we’ll do our very best to find a solution for both parties!

Do you test your products?

Yes! All of the ingredients are tested by a 3rd party lab before any product is released into the market. These tests look for important things like potency, solvents, pesticides, microorganisms, and ofcourse THC! We utilize an ISO 17025 accredited third-party lab to test all of our products so you can be assured the results are accurate and safe for your body!

Listed on the side of our product’s packaging is a Lot# and Exp Date which you can check against on our Lab-Results Section on our Website.

We also have QR codes on all of our products that, when scanned, will bring you directly to our product test results on any smart device.

What is Cannabidiol? (CBD)

CBD is a natural compound extracted from the hemp plant, also known as Cannabidiol. It works with your body’s endocannabinoid system which research has shown plays an integral part in maintaining your body’s homeostasis.

What is the Endocannabinoid System?

Your Endocannabinoid System, or ECS handles many important functions throughout your body and plays a huge role in sleep, mood, recovery and overall wellness. The endocannabinoid system leads the charge for every physiological system in the human body. And its role is to keep us balanced and healthy. A well functioning endocannabinoid system keeps us in good health. Think of it as a way to keep us in a state of balance.

Can CBD get me high?

Absolutely not! CBD is entirely non-psychoactive and our CBD is 100% THC-FREE. Sometimes CBD can be confused with THC -- which WILL get you high-- but they are completely different compounds and again ours contains 0.00% THC.

How much should I take?

Everyone’s needs are a little different, so we made our dosing as easy as possible for our customers. We typically recommend starting with the LEAST amount of chews or drops as you can ALWAYS take more if you need more.

Chews: Most people find that 1-2 chews about 30-60mins BEFORE their bed time is plenty enough to get them to sleep and help them wake up feeling refreshed. If you need more, feel free to eat more! Even if you eat 5 you will still be under the maximum recommended dose of any of our ingredients.

Tincture: Most people find that ½ - 1 full dropper about 30-60mins BEFORE their bedtime is plenty enough to get them to sleep and help them wake feeling refreshed. As our tincture can be taken directly under the tongue, the effects have been anecdotally found to be slightly stronger in effect, so always start with a little as you think you might need. You can always take more!

How much melatonin is there per dose?

We use a microdose of 1mg melatonin in each dose of all of our products! To dose up, take more chews or drops!

How much L-Theanine is there per dose?

We use a proprietary microdose amount of L-Theanine in each dose of all of our products! Each chew or dropper has no more than 10mg of L-Theanine / dose.

How much GABA is there per dose?

We use a proprietary microdose amount of Gamma Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) in each dose of all of our products! Each chew or dropper has no more than 10mg of GABA / dose.

How much 5-HTP is there per dose?

We use a proprietary microdose amount of Gamma Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) in each dose of all of our products! Each chew or dropper has no more than 10mg of GABA / dose.

How much Chamomile is there per dose?

We use a proprietary microdose amount of Chamomile extract in each dose of all of our products! Each chew or dropper has no more than 10mg of Chamomile Extract / dose.

Does VitaDreamz go bad?

Chews: We recommend using our chews within 1 year of their manufacture date. They won’t “go bad” per say but at that point they will start to get hard and may lose potency. Keeping our chews in a cool, dry place is another step to ensure their longevity.

Tinctures: We recommend using out tincture products within 2 years of their manufacture date. They won’t “go bad” but they may lose their potency over time. Keeping our tinctures upright in a cool, dry place is another step to ensure their longevity.

Does VitaDreamz interacts with medications?

Although our formula utilizes a microdose blend that typically will not interact with most medications, we believe it is ALWAYS important to talk with your doctor or a trusted healthcare professional before adding VitaDreamz into your routine if you have ANY concerns or health issues. 

What If I'm drug tested? Will I pass?

All of our VitaDreamz products contain only CBD isolate or distillate (from an industrial hemp source, required by law to test at under 0.3% for THC). We make sure our all of our products go beyond what’s required and test at 0.0% for THC.

The common urine drug screen for THC-COOH is known to have very little cross-reactivity to other cannabinoids that are not psychoactive, such as CBD. Positive THC-COOH screening results should be followed up with secondary confirmation testing.

There is anecdotal evidence across the industry that false positive results have happened to some CBD-only users. This is typically caused by very large doses of CBD products that contain slight amounts of THC. There is a growing concern about the accuracy of urine drug screening given that CBD is legal to consume in nearly every state, but we cannot offer much more guidance than to look online for further resources that may help you in your situation. We can however confidently say that we have not had a single positive test brought to our attention due to taking any of our products.

How much THC does VitaDreamz contains?

All of our VitaDreamz products are made to federal regulations and contain less than 0.3% THC as required by law. In fact, We make sure all of our products go beyond what’s required and ensure they test at 0.0% (or non-detect, as far as our testing methods will permit) for THC

How should I store my VitaDreamz?

We recommend storing any of our products in a cool (room temperature is fine) & dry place. NOT RECOMMENDED TO LEAVE IN A HOT CAR!

Where is my order?

How does Route process refunds or reorders?

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection. 

When should I file a claim?

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered Please note, orders over $100 USD will require a police report to be filed by the customer before any resolution can occur

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 7 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order dateFor international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date

Damaged

Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

How do I file a claim for my lost, damaged or stolen order?

If you insured your order with Route Protect at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.
