Suggested Dosing

As with all things in life, we've found that everyone is a littler different with their needs. What might work great for one person can be too much or too little for another. We always recommend starting with the smallest dose possible and working your way up to a stronger dose as needed.
With our Slumber Blend, we have found that 1-2 Gummies/Capsules is typically a great starting point for most people. That said our gummies are designed with a micro-dose formula so that those who are more sensitive to these ingredients can still enjoy an entire gummy without worrying about taking too much and those with a stronger need may need to take a few more to get the desired effect. As we always say, you can ALWAYS take more but you can't go back and take less.

As mentioned above, everyone is a little different. We recommend starting off with the smallest dose possible (1-2) and taking more as needed.
