How do I apply a coupon or promo code?

Mobile: After adding your desired products to your shopping cart, begin the checkout process. Shipping Methods
We ship all of our orders via USPS If you select free shipping, this will typically be sent out as a First-Class Mail package via USPS.

USPS
All of our shipments are shipped out First-Class Mail unless the Priority Shipping option is selected during the checkout process. The shipping times for First Class Mail can vary depending on the distance away from our HQ in Los Angeles. We have seen times ranging from 1 day all the way to 12 days. Priority Mail packages are typically delivered within 1-5 days.

Processing Times
Orders typically take 1 business day (Mon-Fri) to process.

Please note that orders stop processing around 4PM PST to ensure that we can get to the post office in a timely manner.

Once an order is placed, you can expect to receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order and that it has begun processing. When the order has shipped you will receive any available tracking information.

Potential Processing Delays: During holidays or other extenuating circumstances such as the current Covid19 pandemic, our processing times may increase up to 2-3 business days but we will try our best to get to orders as quickly as we can.

Potential Shipping Delays: Although we do our very best to get your orders out as quickly as possible, once your order has left our facility we are entirely at the mercy of the shipping courier to get your package to you on time. What is your return policy?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately via email at teamvitadreamz@gmail.com with a picture of the defective/damaged product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or a replacement.

Yes! All of the ingredients are tested by a 3rd party lab before any product is released into the market. These tests look for important things like potency, solvents, pesticides, microorganisms, and ofcourse THC! We utilize an ISO 17025 accredited third-party lab to test all of our products so you can be assured the results are accurate and safe for your body!

Do the ChillOut Chewz go bad?
  • Our ChillOut Chewz have roughly a 2 year shelf life from the time they are produced. They won’t “go bad” per say or become unsafe to consume but typically after two years they may start to get hard, lose their potency or lose their coloring. Keeping the chewz in a cool, dry place is a great way to help ensure their longevity. 
  • We highly recommend not leaving the chewz in a hot place for an extended period of time as they can melt and experience negative color / flavor changes if left in the heat for too long. They will still be safe to eat but may not look as pretty or taste as good.
Can the ChillOut Chewz have negative interactions with medications? 

Although our formula utilizes a microdose blend that typically will not interact with most medications, we believe it is ALWAYS important to talk with your doctor or a trusted healthcare professional before adding VitaDreamz into your routine if you have ANY concerns or health issues.

What if I’m drug tested? Will I Pass? 

If you consume any amount of THC, whether derived from hemp or cannabis, you run the risk of failing a drug test. If you get drug tested for your job or any other reason, we highly recommend avoiding our ChillOut Chewz to be extra safe.
